Joyce Williams & The Transformation of Sarah Thompson

Within the complex web of enigmas surrounding the Thompson Extension, one of the most intriguing threads involves Sarah Thompson's sudden and inexplicable change in behaviour. Joyce Williams, a retired music teacher from Origin High School, offers invaluable insight into this transformation.

A seasoned music educator, Joyce had the unique opportunity to observe Sarah Thompson closely, as she was her private vocal coach. According to Joyce, Sarah initially displayed extraordinary vocal talents that quickly devolved into something disconcerting and even terrifying.

In the later stages of her tutelage, Sarah's singing metamorphosed into a form of auditory distortion, more closely resembling screams than harmonious melodies. Additionally, she began to contort physically during her vocalizations and obsessively mentioned the term "Skewbald Mare."

Perhaps most unsettling was the final interaction between student and teacher. Just days before her disappearance, Sarah presented Joyce with a sealed envelope containing a mysterious drawing. She referred to the image as depicting the moment "the Void shatters," a claim that is as troubling as it is cryptic.

This interview aims to delve into the relationship between Joyce and Sarah, explore the gradual degradation of Sarah's talents and mental state, and examine the contents and possible meanings of the enigmatic drawing. In doing so, we hope to unearth clues that can further our understanding of the multi-layered mystery that is the Thompson Extension.
